We believe in treating our customers right and living by the golden rule in life and in business. If an event is cancelled for reasons beyond our control (including COVID-19), Tailgate USA will provide a full refund on tailgate packages. In the event that a booking is rescheduled to another date, we will offer a credit in the original amount paid for a future event.

Tailgate USA can provide all of this for you which helps to alleviate the stress and hassle of doing it all by yourself. However, we also know how attached tailgaters can be to certain tailgate equipment. You are certainly allowed to bring it as long as no venue specific rules are broken as a result.

Tailgate USA does recommend purchasing parking close to the tailgate party to ensure easy loading and unloading. Also, feel free to provide your own food and/or drinks. You are also certainly welcome to use any grills provided by Tailgate USA in our tailgate trailer packages.

Please be informed that Tailgate USA is not responsible for any items left at the tailgate. If something is left behind, feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to locate any lost items or belongings.

Our events are rain or shine.

Tailgate USA is not licensed to provide the alcohol. However, Tailgate USA can provide licensed bartenders for events. We do have relationships with liquor stores in our respective areas and can refer that information to our clients. It is the clients’ responsibility to purchase all alcohol for the event. For an additional fee, Tailgate USA can go and pick up the customer’s alcohol and have it loaded on the trailer for the tailgate.

Prior to the event, Tailgate USA will provide our clients with several cell phone numbers, timelines, maps and any other pertinent information to promote upfront and open communication with your Tailgate Coordinator.

Parking is included for most of our tailgate party packages, unless noted in the product description.
Demand for parking makes it difficult to include at some venues and will be noted in the product description.

Note: Where parking is included in pricing, this price does not include parking for customer vehicles. Customers may want to purchase additional parking to be close to the tailgate.

Our goal is to provide everything you need for a first-class tailgate party in our pricing except for the food and drinks but we love to do that part of  the party/event planning as well. Our tailgate party packages include tents, tables, linens, cooler, chairs and various other rental equipment. Almost anything else you can think of, we can add.

Our packages include six hours of tailgating and typically start four hours prior to kickoff. The time can also be shifted if you want to start earlier or later. Extra time can be added at $50 per hour and $100 per hour after 8 PM.

Please be informed that advertising and/or the distribution of promotional material is NOT permitted at tailgate party locations without prior approval. Most sporting locations control ‘who’ can do promotions and advertising in their lots. If it is not in a controlled area feel free!

The $500 date hold deposit reserves the equipment/trailer for your event. Catering packages may also require half payment up front. The balance is due five days prior to your event.
